We’re open on holidays and only a phone call away after hours, which not only ensures our customers receive their products on schedule; it means we do everything in our power to accommodate supplemental and special orders. We take the time and make the effort to be in tune with our customers’ needs, as well as help discover new and improved options. In other words, our customers are not just numbers to us. We know them by name and they have direct access to Model Linen’s owners. 2.
